Impact Collective Programme
Changing your course date
You can change which cohort of the Impact Collective you are enrolled on to, subject to the following conditions:
- More than 14 days before the ‘programme open date’ – changes permissible with no charge applicable
- 14 days or less before the ‘programme open date’ – changes permissible subject to a £50+VAT charge.
- On or after the ‘programme open date’ – no changes possible
Please note that all changes are subject to availability on future course dates.
Cancelling your course
Should you wish to cancel your Impact Collective programme after purchase, your cancellation is subject to the following conditions:
- More than 14 days before the ‘programme open date’ – cancellation possible with full refund provided (subject to £50+VAT administration charge).
- 14 days or less before the ‘programme open date’ – no cancellation possible and no refund provided. Changes are permissible as per separate conditions.
- On or after the ‘programme open date’ – no cancellation possible and no refund provided.
The Personal Brand Masterclass
The Personal Brand Masterclass combines digital content and sevices. This means that you have 14 days after the day we email you to confirm we accept your order to change your mind. However, even if that 14 day period is still running:
(a) once you have started downloading or streaming the digital content you cannot change your mind;
(b) once a face-to-face course has started, you cannot change your mind because of the personalised nature of the service provided; and
(c) if we delivered the digital content to you immediately and you agree to this when ordering, you will not have a right to change your mind.
Signature Programme
